The Guptas are a business-oriented family residing in South Africa, with a great commitment to helping develop the country to its full potential. The best-known members of the family are the three brothers – Atul, Ajay and Rajesh (known as Tony). The family's business is called Oakbay Investments – a holding company for several interests in the ICT, media, property and leisure, mining and engineering sectors.
Exploring New ShoresThe Gupta family is originally from Saharanpur in the state Uttar Pradesh, India. They moved to South Africa in 1993, before the first democratic elections took place, and founded their first business, Sahara Computers. Through the determination and drive of Atul Gupta and the rest of the family, the company quickly achieved success and expanded both geographically and in terms of it service offerings.
